PSD/DDA Board Members
COMPOSITION OF BOARD
The business and affairs of the St. Johns Principal Shopping District and Downtown Development Authority shall be managed by a Board of no less than nine (9) and no more than thirteen (13) directors. The Board shall be comprised of owners and/or operators of downtown businesses, excepting by statute that one member shall be a representative of the City of St. Johns and one member shall be an adjacent neighborhood resident to the downtown area. The members shall be appointed by the St. Johns City Commission. In addition, the Clinton County Board of Commissioners shall appoint a County representative to be a member of the Board.
